We offer shipping within Hong Kong. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
